cPanel has made my hosting experience so much better, all the features are easy to access like Webmail and WHM integration. All these features built into just /cpanel! Thanks very much cPanel!

WHM/cPanel well what can I say except They're brilliant. I want to talk about support & updates. First off, just so potential new customers know, I have never had a major issue with cPanel. Most problems I needed support with were from my own mistakes/misunderstanding. cPanel support personnel are knowledgable, responsive, polite and dedicated. Now about updates... The cPanel update infrastructure is top notch, the best I have ever seen in ANY software (and I am a software engineer!!) Fully automatic updates are simple and seamless. I can upgrade any item at any time with 1 click. All in all, I am 100% pleased with this solution, it removes so many server management tasks from my plate.

I cannot express how satisfied I am with cPanel after almost a year of using it.

I used to use another software that was a nightmare to maintain. Not even talking about all the issues I had with spam on all domains. And again, not even talking about the not-so-good support.

At M5SECURITY.COM , my contact suggested me to switch to cPanel. The transition was not easy, but man.. Once it was done, what a pleasure. It's like heaven to be able to update a software on the root server, and know that all end-users will have it. The ANTI SPAM possibilities are endless, and EXIM that I never used became my favorite mail server. All of the sites I host are telling me how happy they are regarding the spam since I switched to cPanel.

And the web control interface for the end users is great...
And I could go on and on and on...

Oh, and a last word for the technical support. Unbeatable. 24x7, fast, and the issues are usually resolved in minutes. Congratulation to all the different teams of cPanel. You all together make a great company.

He persevered well and obtained the knowledge needed to get the service I needed running i.e. undocumented. When requested, he also gave me a full explanation so that I could repeat it. He is also suggesting internal that automated support in this area is induced as a product feature. This is a win/win, as it reduce your support calls.
