Ken was faster than ever. I just opened the page and clicked on "RE-OPEN". Before I submitted my post, I went back to the server for 5 minutes to see if I could fix it by myself (and I did), and by the time I fixed my issue, Ken was already here asking if I needed help. Guys, just go to all other american companies in this country, and show them what support is supposed to be like !
