Donald is one of the very best customer service/tech that I have ever experienced. I can't even expressed how impressed I am with his work. Donald is one of the reasons that cPanel as the best customer service in the server admin business (of course cPanel is also the best server admin software; period).

Gary hit the ball out of the park. It's been a stressful day to day for me due to some filesystem problems and all the tickets I have had with my customers. Donald went ABOVE AND BEYOND in his service on this issue. I was grasping for straws, had beat my head against the wall for days, Googled dozens of times using various keywords to try and find that one last piece of information to make things work. Donald was able to look into the problem and get me beyond the issue when I had nowhere else to turn. I can't thank him enough for taking the time to understand and assist with this. If I had not been able to get around this issue, I would have dropped the dedicated server and the WHM/cPanel licenses and gone back to a shared hosting account. It was literally that imperative to our business!

Donald is by far one the finest system administrators that I have run across. AND not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, he has the diplomacy of a saint. In my experience, truly great systems people have no customer chops. In fact, some I know can barely talk (and of course they choose to be that way). Having Donald on the cPanel team is just another reason why cPanel has THE best customer service in the technology world.
