Lee did an extremely good job! He pinpointed exactly what needed to be corrected. He then offered an immediate fix for my issue which was just running a simple command. He also suggested another fix that would be the best in the long run. Support like this is what many other companies need. It's not everyday that you can ask a question and get a direct and CORRECT answer to fix your problem.
