cPanel, a leading provider of Linux and Windows web hosting automation software, is seeking a talented, customer focused person to provide customer service and assist customers with inquiries and invoicing/billings.

Requirements:

  • US work eligibility
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and written/oral communication skills
  • Excellent, proven customer service skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a sense of initiative to make independent decisions
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Sense of urgency and recognition of time sensitive issues
  • Ability to work through large projects in a self-motivated manner

Job Duties:

  • Answers customer requests through ticketing and phone systems
  • Assists customers with account management:
    • Bills and billing issues
    • Account history and pricing
  • Audits customer accounts and payments
  • Processes customer payments
  • Sets up customer accounts in cPanel systems
  • Verifies monthly invoicing and making pricing adjustments
  • Assists with customer account retentions
