cPanel is looking for full time technicians to help customers install, diagnose and maintain web hosting software on servers using Microsoft Windows Server 2008.

Requirements:

  • US work eligibility
  • Experience with:
    • Web hosting
    • Windows 2003 / 2008 Server
    • MySQL 4.1 / 5.0 / 5.1
    • MS SQL 2005 / 2008
    • Mail Systems – Mail Enable / SmarterMail
    • Active Directory
    • DNS
    • IIS 6, 7
    • PHP
    • ASP.NET
  • Courteous and respectful communications skills

Special consideration will be given to candidates with the following experience:

  • cPanel / WHM on Linux
  • A Web Hosting panel for Windows Server

Job Duties:

  • Providing technical support for Enkompass by cPanel
  • Diagnosing problems on servers belonging to cPanel customers
  • Recording solutions in our ticket system
  • This is a full time job that requires working Saturday and Sunday
