WHM's Security Center allows you to easily configure different security settings.

Our software is self-monitoring. If it detects a failed service, it will automatically attempt to restart that service. Plus, recent improvements to our software (including our DNS clustering system) provide even more hassle-free, robust performance.

WHM will also notify you via email, IM, or text message of problems that could affect your server's reliability. This way, you can perform preventative maintenance to keep your server running.

Cutting-edge

Our software can automatically update itself and your server's software. This allows you to stay on top of the latest technology and security fixes. Our interface provides you fine-grained control over these automatic updates, allowing you to disable them if you wish.

Our EasyApache interface allows you to add support for new web technologies in a few mouse clicks. If you wish to disable a specific feature, you can simply uncheck it.

Extensible

We offer a variety of APIs for extending the functionality of our software. With our APIs, you can automate many common functions of WHM and cPanel, such as creating and modifying accounts. Plus, we recently expanded our APIs by adding XML and JSON API functions. We also offer a variety of hooks, so you can insert your own maintenance scripts when cPanel performs specific tasks like changing a user's password or updating MySQL.

You're in Control

With cPanel and WHM, you're in control of your server. You choose which versions of Apache and PHP to run, which applications handle services such as DNS, and a wide variety of other functionality. You can also disable any feature of cPanel for specific users.

Website owners can password-protect portions of their sites and have the accounts of visitors who share their passwords automatically deactivated. Our software also offers hotlink protection and the ability to deny problem IP addresses.

White-Label Reseller Support

With cPanel and WHM, you can sell white-label reseller accounts. Resellers can have their own nameservers, replace the cPanel logo with their own, and completely customize the appearance of our software using our Branding Editor and industry-standard CSS.

Web Developer-Friendly
